2 Upload video to youtube
3 Hover your mouse over video on youtube
4 pop up should appear for you to download. (real downloader)
5 it will download your video in some what of a lower quality
6 should be compatible with blogger
7 if it doesn't work, than i dont know. tough luck i guess
